GENERAL


When will my meals arrive?

Please note that cut off for orders is Monday at 5pm. If you place your order before this time, you will receive your first order on the Thursday of that week.

Are meals lactose or gluten free?

Our meals are designed and cooked with the highest quality ingredients. In some cases, components of meals include lactose, soy, gluten, nuts and potential other allergens. With this in mind, we do not use any seafood and use only free range/hormone free chicken.

Preparation


Who cooks my meals?

Meals are cooked and prepared by qualified chefs and catering staff within a fully certified kitchen.

Will i have to cook any of the meals?

Meals are blast chilled, frozen and delivered. Cooking is therefore not necessary, just defrosting/microwaving.

How should I store my meals?

Meals should be stored in a freezer. For convenience, we recommend taking meals out of the freezer and into the fridge 24 hours in advance of eating.

How long can i keep my meals for?

Meals can be kept up to 3 months frozen however, as meal plans are designed and delivered weekly.

What if i don’t have a microwave?

If you don’t have a microwave, we recommend that meals be taken out of the freezer a day in advance, and left in the fridge to defrost. You can then place the meal contents in an oven proof dish and reheat in the oven.

Do these meals require any other condiments or ingredients?

Meals do not require any condiments or other ingredients. We try our best to keep all meals clean and low in excess sauce/sodium/sugar/fats.

Healthy Eating


What if i’m still hungry?

We provide you with 3 daily meals and provide suggestions for breakfast. With this in mind, we highly advise that the use of supplements be utilised to magnify results and aid hunger. If you require any assistance in regards to supplementation please email us at admin@fivepointfour.com.au and we will be more than happy to help you out with professional advice.

Is this plan appropriate for pregnant or breastfeeding women?

We try to ensure clean eating however, ALWAYS consult your physician or current doctor before undertaking any program or supplementation.

Can i drink alcohol on this plan?

Alcohol is a personal choice and we understand the temptation. With this is mind we do not recommend alcohol use during the program.

What if i can’t finish all my food?

At FivePointFour we try to make meals specific to your lifestyle and detailed goals. Try to consume all meals to reach goals more effectively.

Should i eat even if i’m not hungry?

Yes, meal plans are designed to help you reach your goals. It’s not unrealistic to expect you to eat 4 times a day.

Delivery


Can I cancel my FivePointFour meals?

Yes. You may cancel your meal plans at any time. We require at least one weeks formal notice for cancellations. We cook your meals one week in advance. In order to keep our food waste print down, we cook to exact numbers so we ask that you receive the one final box of meals we have cooked for you as your last order.

Please let us know by Friday, 3pm, the week prior to your last delivery.

What if my food does not arrive?

Food couriers will deliver all meals to the address listed on Thursdays. If meals are not delivered for any reason please email us at admin@fivepointfour.com.au. *

*Please wait until after 6pm, as sometimes meals can arrive between 5-6pm.

How are FivePointFour meals delivered?

The food is delivered in a health certified polystyrene container, complete with ice packs to ensure meals are always frozen and can be left in a shaded spot for up to 8 hours. You can specify a secure area where you would like your delivery to be left when you place your order.

Should your meals arrive DEFROSTED please report this to us immediately. Do not eat these meals.

Meals should be stored away in your freezer no later than 7pm on delivery day. Keep frozen - store at or below 18ºC for up to 3 months (please make note of the expiry date on your meals). If thawed, keep refrigerated below 4ºC for no longer than 2 days.

Payment


How do I pay for meals?

Payments are taken through Ezidebit, a verified, secure system that will process your credit card weekly once details have been entered and finalized.

What are the terms of payment?

We require at least one weeks formal notice for cancellations as we cook your meals one week in advance. In order to keep our food waste print down, we cook to exact numbers so we ask that you receive the one final box of meals we have cooked for you as your last order. Please let us know by Friday, 3pm, the week prior to your last delivery. Once you’re signed up, meals will arrive based on your nominated plan (weekly or fortnightly). If you wish to cease your meal delivery, you must cancel your plan via the termination policy guidelines.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We do. Please see our termination policy.

Once i have signed up, do debits come out weekly or do i have to keep signing on?

We continue payments and weekly meal (or fortnightly based on your meal plan preference) deliveries automatically until cancellation or suspension of account is made by you. Please note, your first payment will be made the Tuesday following your order confirmation.

What happens if my payment does not go through?

Ezidebit will process your payment again at 2pm the following day. If this dishonours again 5.4 admin staff will be in touch via phone 1300 343 656 or admin@fivepointfour.com.au If there is no response your meals will be put on hold until we hear from you. Ezidebit process all transactions week to week. Please ensure that there is sufficient funds in your nominated account as Ezidebit will incur a daily charge of $9.90 if payments are declined.

Please Note: FivePointFour does not receive this fee as Ezidebit are responsible for payments.
