CHALLENGE
Goal = Training (also ideal for boot camps and PT challenges)

Exercise = 3+ times per week

Outcome = Burn stubborn fat, tone and define

Meal breakdown = Protein packed, good carbs to fuel your workouts, low sugar, low saturated fat
5.4 MUSCLE GAIN
CHALLENGE
Goal = Build muscle

Exercise = Weight training 4+ times per week

Outcome = Build lean muscle, define and fuel your workouts

Meal breakdown = Protein packed, low GI, low sugar, low saturated fats
5.4 VEGAN
CHALLENGE
Goal = Eat a high protein vegan diet

Exercise = 1-3 times per week

Outcome = Burn stubborn fat, tone and define while eating a vegan diet
