There are 532 - 665 calories per meal. Each meal has 34.5g - 45g of protein, 20 - 31.2g of fat (2 – 4 grams saturated fats), 60 grams of carbs (2 – 4 grams sugar).
To make life and weight loss EVEN easier, you also receive 7 breakfasts They are a mix of omelettes and frittatas that are 250 - 300 calories.
