Simply select from our ‘5’ meals plans based on your goals (weight loss, active, muscle gain or vegan). Then eat macronutrient controlled prepared meals that meet '4' key foundations for fast tracking results: Low carb (or good carb if you are exercising 3+ times), packed with protein, low sugar and low saturated fat.

There are no bad carbs or nasties hidden in 5.4 meals. No white rice, white potato, cream, bread, pastry or processed cheese in ANY of our meals (sorry not sorry). All meals are baked, steamed or roasted: nothing fried!

No fad diets and no short cuts: our meals aren’t stuffed with cheap fillers. Instead, 5.4 are protein packed (not loaded with bad carbs). We only use premium Australian lean mince and beef, as well as 100% chicken breast (no thigh).
